Submit Completed Forms To: cityclerk@slocity.org OR 990 Palm Street San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 I am requesting any property records regarding the condominium at 415 Dana Street #3 in SLO. AP# 002-511-008. The 2-story condo unit was built in 1983. The first owner constructed a loft with adjoining bath in the attic creating a third level in 1988 without a permit. The second owner tried to resolve the permit issue in 1990. The city building and fire dept agreed the owner would install a fire sensor system throughout the whole building to meet a one-hour rating. The system was installed, but it is unclear if a retroactive building permit was issued. Could you please do a search to see what may be available regarding the loft and bath? I noted a building permit BLDG-L06728-1990 on your on-line website, but the link would not open. It may have some info. Thank you. 1990 and after.
