How can I read any correspondence received by the city on this topic, even without it having been
agendized?

Thank you for your comments regarding the proposed Interim Rotating Overnight Safe Parking Program site on Palm
Street.
The Community Development Director has referred the Director Action for the safe parking program located at 1700 Palm
Street (DIR-0378-2023) to the Planning Commission for a public hearing for a date to-be-determined during the month of
September 2023.
1
You will be provided notice of the public hearing 10 days in advance of the hearing date. You will be invited to submit
comments to the Planning Commission in person, or in writing, in advance of the hearing. All correspondence received to
date will be forwarded to the Planning Commission as part of the agenda packet.
The Safe Parking Program currently operated at the Railroad parking area will close after August 27, 2023, and the safe
parking program will be paused until such time an interim location is approved or other permanent rotating locations are
established through separate Director Action.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
