Hi Kyle,
I believe there has been a lot of feedback on this application and want to share that I am also opposed to its approval
and hope the City can find a better location for this purpose.
Other than me living feet away from the proposed area, this location is an absolutely terrible choice for these reasons:
It is in a residential area with students and families
There are businesses (hotels and restaurants) that operate during those hours
Many tourists and visitors come through here that I would think the City needs to consider the impression it
would make on visitors.
Industrial areas are usually more open with less chance of shady activity, they typically operate during normal business
hours, and have solid security and surveillance systems in place.
I hope you can pass this along to whoever decided on the location of this application to reconsider a better location.
