Hello,
My name is Karina Weber and I live on Mill Street. I have recently been informed that the space
adjacent to the vets hall on Palm street will now be a space for the homeless to park.
As a homeowner in this neighborhood I am very concerned about this decision. My husband is a
firefighter on the central coast who is often gone overnight at work. I am at home with a newborn
and it feels very unsettling to know that there will be homeless wandering and living in our
neighborhood out of their cars.
The safety of homeowners in this neighborhood must be kept in mind. I hope this decision is
reconsidered and a new location is chosen.
