Dear John Rourke: The Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 14, 2021, approved your request, based on the findings and subject to the conditions, as noted in the attached Resolution No. PC-1038- 2021. The approval expires after two years if the final map has not yet been recorded. On request, prior to the expiration of the original approval, the Community Development Director may grant a time extension, pursuant to City Subdivision Regulations Section 16.10.155.
