Good afternoon,
I am writing in support of adopting the Draft Resolution approving a Director’s Action Permit establishing
an Interim Safe Parking location at 1700 Palm Street. While this is not a solution to the affordable
housing issue and the increasing cost of living in SLO, it is imperative that we provide safe options
and connections to resources for our unhoused community members as a temporary relief.
