STUDY SESSION ITEM S SS1.CONSIDERATION OF PURPOSE, FEATURES AND TIMING OF AWORKSHOP REGARDING WAYS TO ADDRESS HOMELESSNESS IN TH ECITY.(LICHTIG — 30 MINUTES ) RECOMMENDATION : Provide direction about the purpose, features and timing of aCity Council workshop on ways to address issues surrounding homelessness in the Cit yof San Luis Obispo .
