The San Luis Obispo Municipal Code Chapter 5.44 entitled
'Mobile Home Park Rent Stabilization' requires that the
monthly Consumer Price Index ICPI) percentage I%) be
published as a basis for establishing rent increases. The
monthly space rent in mobile home parks may not be
increased more than once each year based on the CPI %
change, or 9%, whichever is less. The CPI monthly data
for Los Angeles, Long Beach and Anaheim is used for San
