Good afternoon Nick, Would it be possible for you or someone familiar with this required reporting to meet with our
Landscape Supervisor on site at the Meter to show him exactly what is needed from him? Crit is saying he will need
access to the meter and it was hard to read the numbers on the meter at NB Prado.

Cindy,
Can you check with the City of SLO as the P.O.C. is not easy to read and on their side of the fence line. Are they going to
give us access to this meter so that we can take readings or is this primarily for the Maintenance yard. We checked it
today but it was difficult to read and only accessible due to the fence being down in that location. I will comply with city
requirements I just need a few more details and guidelines on this one. I sent in the Quartey report already as the new
requirement was optional this time around but I would prefer not to cause an issue.

Recycled Water Site Supervisors,
We have included questions 3-5 (meter reading and consumption) to encourage Site Supervisors to take a
more active role in managing the sites. This was done because we have been receiving too many quarterly
reports from sites with known issues that indicate on the reporting form that no issues were encountered. The
Site Supervisor is required to be familiar with the location of the meter and how to read the meter, so these
fields will be required for future reporting.
These fields were required in the initial release of this period’s reporting form, but to provide a
transition period we have now made those fields optional for this reporting period.
