San Luis Obispo requires that all lettered and satellite houses for fraternities and sororities have a conditional use permit (CUP). Please provide: 1. A list of all conditional use permits for fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo, listing each fraternity and sorority and the date the CUP was approved, 2. The addresses associated with each CUP issued to fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo, and 3. The terms of each CUP issued to fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo. According to 17.86.130 of the Zoning Regulations, "The landlord shall provide names and telephone numbers of responsible persons to the community development department and SLOPD neighborhood services manager on an annual basis..." Please provide the names and telephone numbers of responsible persons, as provided to the community development department according to 17.86.130, for the past four years: specifically the date of those records from 8/1/2019 - 10/5/2023. They may have been granted sooner.
