San Luis Obispo requires that all lettered and satellite houses for fraternities and sororities have a conditional use permit
(CUP). Please provide:
1. A list of all conditional use permits for fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo, listing each fraternity and sorority
and the date the CUP was approved,
2. The addresses associated with each CUP issued to fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo, and
3. The terms of each CUP issued to fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo.
According to 17.86.130 of the Zoning Regulations, "The landlord shall provide names and telephone numbers
of responsible persons to the community development department and SLOPD neighborhood
services manager on an annual basis..."
Please provide the names and telephone numbers of responsible persons, as provided to the community development
department according to 17.86.130, for the past four years: specifically the date of those records from 8/1/2019 -
10/5/2023.

I am trying to find conditional use permits IN EFFECT for all fraternities and sororities during that time period. They may
have been granted sooner. How to I go about getting a list of all fraternities and sororities in San Luis Obispo that are
operating with the required conditional use permit?

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLIC RECORDS ACT (PRA). California
Government Code Section 7921.An Agency shall notify the requestor within 10 days from receipt of request with a
Determination which states if the Agency is in possession, in whole or in part, of the requested documents, and possible legal
exemptions which prohibit the release of non-disclosable documents, as outlined per the PRA. In some instances, an Agency
may require an extensionofup to 14 days to provide a Determination, as authorized by the PRA. A notice will be provided to the
requestor setting forth the reasons for the extension and the date onwhich a Determination is expected to be supplied.
