An application can be found on the City’s website, and the submittal fee is $1,036.43. https://www.slocity.org/home/showpublisheddocument/2480/637472775742600000 A Director’s Action is necessary in order to ensure that the revised basin can be operated, maintained, and accepted by the City/CFD. All departments (Public Works, Utilities, Parks maintenance, Planning, Engineering) will review the Director’s Action application to determine if the revised basin design can be allowed as proposed. The Director’s Action is the process to update the Planning entitlement to show consistency with the Avila Ranch Development Plan. The PIP revisions (landscape plans, fencing, and aeration) will be reviewed upon submittal of the Director’s Action permit. These applications can be processed concurrently; however, the PIP revision cannot be processed without the Director’s Action. Response (Include Sheet and Detail Number):
