Cost Savings Revenue Share to San Luis Obispo 0 Charger Systems DirtRoad understands that the City is seeking a comprehensive electric vehicle infrastructure partner to support the planning and development of public charging infrastructure to meet the community’s current and future needs.As a small-medium enterprise with extensive experience providing public-sector solutions,DirtRoad is ideally suited to partner with the City for this initiative.DirtRoad will ensure that each charging station is well suited for public access. ABB Terra 54 UL DC Fast Charging Station Building on a decade of EV fast-charging experience,ABB’s Terra 54 offers enhanced usability and reliability in an all-in-one package.The Terra 54 enables continuous 50 kW charging up to 500 VDC,and the Terra 54HV supports up to 920 VDC – accommodating both CCS1 and CHAdeMO functionality.All Terra chargers feature ABB Connected Services for remote services, software updates,access management,and OCPP network enablement. The Terra 54 enables high uptime due to redundancy in power and communication architectures.The Terra 54 has an industry-leading modular power conversion topology that delivers high uptime and continuous power delivery.Safety is always paramount with ABB Terra chargers,which are certified to all relevant standards,including EMC Class B for safe operation for all consumers in office, retail and fuel station locations. Charging Times EV drivers would obtain 150 miles of range per hour with the 50 kW DCFC stations. Charging Time (Approx Time for 80% Charge) DCFC 50 kW 1 - 2 hours DirtRoad Intelligent EV Charging Stations An attractive,powerful,and durable Level 2 charger,the DirtRoad Intelligent Level 2 EV Charger features a slim and durable design that is outdoor rated (when hardwired,not plugged in)and mounts discreetly at your preferred parking space with a simple plug-in installation.Pedestal mounts are also available. The Intelligent Series has a LED light,dot-matrix display with an 18-25 foot cable,holster included.The charger is UL-listed and meets safety criteria for use throughout North America.With a 7.2 kW /40 amp power output,this station has the power necessary to charge at a rate up to 25 miles of range per hour of charging. Applications The DirtRoad Intelligent Level 2 is open access and common for residential, commercial, fleet, and public use. Charging Times EV drivers would obtain 25 miles of range per hour with the DirtRoad Intelligent Level 2 charging stations. Charging Time (Approx Time for 80% Charge) Level 2 7.2 kW 6 - 8 hours ChargePoint Express (CPE) 250 The CPE250 is a state-of-the-art 62.5kW DC Fast Charging solution.When installed in a paired configuration,meaning that two CPE250s are electrically paired together,the solution can achieve a power output of up to 125kW for a single vehicle depending on the vehicle’s voltage input capability. The CPE250 is a 480V 3-phase 80A input charger that provides an output of 200-1000V DC,up to 62.5kW per station 125kW when paired).The station supports two cables,with options of the CCS1,CCS2,or CHAdeMO connector type.The cables and connectors are attached to a cable management system that allows for a reach of 14’and keeps the cables protected.In addition,each station is designed with a minimal footprint,allowing facilities to maintain as much usable parking space as possible. The Express 250’s interactive LCD screen lets drivers easily interact with instructions,information or promotions.A wide-format LED display makes availability and status easy to see,even at a distance.Up to two connector types allow charging of any electric vehicle,and an advanced cable management system provides extra reach,while keeping cables off the ground.Fault-tolerant design,remote monitoring and intelligent diagnostics provide proactive alerts to prevent station outages,eliminating driver frustration. Charging Times EV drivers would obtain 200 miles of range per hour with the 62.5 kW DCFC stations.
