Hi,
If Villanti is good with Magana going on Saturday, can you confirm with Mickel that he got approval to use the
city’s buildings or check with Blake about using CSTI. If Saturday is out, can you check with Blake and Magana
about Sunday and a venue. I would like to invite the other 4 operators by tomorrow afternoon.

Hi everyone,
I just spoke with Todd Ventura who is graciously making and donating the #Luca hats as a
fundraiser. Todd is going to have 100 ready this afternoon, so I am looking for a volunteer who
will pick them up and place them in the honor bar at the PD. The hats are $25.00 each, and all
proceeds go to support the Benedetti family.
Either cash can be left in an envelope next to the hats, or you can use the Venmo app to make
the payment. If you decide to use Venmo, it’s critical to indicate the payment is for the hat
purchase. This way the money can be parcelled out in the future and get where it’s intended.
Thank you, and love you all.

going to have 100 ready this afternoon, so I am looking for a volunteer who will pick them up and place them in
the honor bar at the PD. The hats are $25.00 each, and all proceeds go to support the Benedetti family.
Either cash can be left in an envelope next to the hats, or you can use the Venmo app to make the payment. If
you decide to use Venmo, it’s critical to indicate the payment is for the hat purchase. This way the money can
be parcelled out in the future and get where it’s intended.
Thank you, and love you all.

Again, as I have conveyed to you more times than I can count, the more efficient and effective way to make
records requests would be to submit to the city clerks address above. In that manner, you can save yourself
and others the inefficiency of isolated and fragmented requests and potentially missed or duplicative
responses.

As the Human Resources department does not often answer their phones, I sent the questions to both the police
department and the city clerk's office, and have not heard back. I then contacted you as the city attorney, who would
know the requirements to disclose some employment facts.
