Rubens crew poured the median stamped concrete at OE line and poured the 6" curb at the median as per
CCO by Spanish Oaks.

Souza flaggers performed one lane traffic control during the concrete pour at the OE line median from
8:00 A-10:00A
Item no. 22 ( Irrigation )
Sub Contractor Wildbloom Landscaping was on site around 10:30 P and continued their work at the
irrigation P.O.C.
Item no. 92,93 ( Roadside sign -one post-two post )
CCTS was on site today and started the digging for the post signs as per location shown on sheet 44 and
45 of approve plans. Work in progress
Item no. ( CCO -Arch footings )
Mark and Steve of Souza was on site today and started the Arch footing foundation work by digging for
the beam and etc. Cole was working with them on the mini ex. Work in progress.
Item no. 106 ( Lighting System )
LWE electricians was on site and installed the required street light pull box as shown on sheet E1 of
approve plans. Jose was also trying to locate the conduit that he installed previously and to be installed at
the roundabout with a pullbox for future use. Was not able to locate the conduit.
Note. Mentioned to Francisco of Wildbloom that they need to extend the sleeve at T line median to
satisfy City STD spec requirements of 18" pass hardscape.
