Rubens crew performed concrete improvements punchlist items work.

Souza flaggers flaggers performed one lane traffic control during the concrete pour , striping lay out and
raising of valves to finish surface elevations work. 7"00 A -5:00P +
Item no. 22,24 ( Irrigation , Topsoil Backfill)
Sub Contractor Wildbloom Landscaping was on site continued the planting of tree species as called for on
planting plan sheet 51 and 52 Also place top soil at roundabout and OE and T line medians.
Item no. 92,93 ( Roadside sign -one post-two post )
CCTS was on site today and installed the new signs as per sheets 44-48 of approve plans.
Item no. 24 ( Topsoil Backfill )
Mark, Steve , and Cole graded the area at the center of the roundabout and median along OE line for
topsoil backfill.
Item no. 69, 72 ( Adjust Water Valve, Adjust gas valve, -Adjust Sewer Manhole to FG )
Ty Souzas crew continued the utility adjustment to finish surface work as per City STD details 6040. Work
in progress.
Note: The City has decided not to fully open the new roundabout today. Mentioned to Ty Souza that
reclaimed water valves requires a G4 box with triangular lids with reclaimed water markings as per City
STD 6040. Ty installed the wrong box at the reclimed water by the new reclaimed water hydrant.
