Extra work :
Souza Construction paving crew performed approve extra work to pave the utility trench at Orcutt Rd.
that is part of the Righetti development project. Trench 235LF + 5' W and at 2.5" section. Work was
necessary to transition the new pavement delineation of the roundabout project before opening the
roundabout. Extra work was approve by City of Slo. Extra work also included the set up of temp. traffic
control at Orcutt with signs installed as per City directive.
Item no. 22,24 ( Irrigation , Topsoil Backfill)
Sub Contractor Wildbloom Landscaping was on site and continued the planting work at designated planter
areas shown on plans. Work in progress.
Item no. 92,93,94 ( Roadside Signs )
Sub Contractor " CCTS " was on site today and performed the installation of new roadside signs and also
removed the jobsite CAS .
Item no. 25 ( Hydroseed )
Su contractor " Acasia " was on site today and perfomed the hydroseeding of the areas shown on erosion
control plans and the areas discussed in the field with City inspector Bobby and Cannon Charli G.
Note: Talked to Jennifer today and according to her the Art team wants to have some plants at the center
of the Art Sculpture as long as they are plant coverings species. Ben City inspector and Justin City staff
approve the pavement delineation at conform of Orcutt Rd. prior to opening of roundabout.
Around 3:15P, roundabout was opened.
