32 - Class 2 Aggregate Base
Souza was continuing fine grading the detached curb/gutter per Modified City Std 4030 along "L1" line STA 57+00 to 60+00.
Additional median and sidewalk planter areas were excavated in preparation for the landscape SUB to install irrigation piping and
backfill with topsoil.
86/87/110 - Fencing - Revised per CRB No. 8 Rev 1 & 5/17/2022 Email from Charlie Gray to Souza
Fencing subcontractor (Central Coast Fencing) arrived onsite at approximately 8:00AM. The fence is being installed per CRB No.
08 Rev 1 updated 5/17/2022 via email from Cannon to Souza.
22 - Irrigation & 24 - Topsoil Backfill
Landscaping subcontractor (Wild Bloom) continued importing and installing topsoil backfill is center and sidewalk medians.
Concurrently with backfil, Wild Bloom is continuing to install PVC (purple) irrigation piping withing the planter areas.
50 - Minor Concrete (Caltrans Type D4 Curb)
Souza poured outer roundabout curb (Caltrans Type D4) per Detail C/C1 at 7:30AM. Souza verified offsets and elevations prior to
placement. Rebar and dowels were installed and secured.
54 - Minor Concrete (Modified City Std 4030 Curb and Gutter)
Souza began forming and installing rebar for the detached curb/gutter per Modified City Std 4030 along "L1" line STA 57+00 to
60+00. Placement of this curb and gutter is scheduled for 7:30AM Monday 5/23/22.
Notes:
1. Idle equipment includes CAT 305, CAT 966F Loader, CAT 140M Grader, CAT CB64 & CB54 rollers.
2. Masons - Julio Castillo, Sergio Castillo, Jorge Garcia, Luis Lemos, Gilbert Sanchez, Christian Vasquez
3. Central Coast Fencing Crew - Jason Partridge, Adam Madrigal
4. Wild Bloom Crew - Roman Romel, Abraham Flores, Roberto Norajo, Francisco Norajo
5. Matt Scholfield conducted a SWPPP inspection. Wild Bloom has placed topsoil on or immediatealy adjacent to storm drain DI's.
Multiple DI's also had inadeqquate protection and the adjacent gutters were not clean nor free of debris.
