The joint shall be a bell and spigot type which employs a single elongated grooved gasket to effect the joint seal, such as "Tyton Joing" or approved equal. The pipe shall be coated outside and cement lined inside in accordance with A.S.A. Specification A21.4 except that the cement lining shall have a minimum thickness of 1/16". All material specified above shall be delivered to the vicinity of Buchon Street in the City of San Luis Obispo not later than May 29, 1961, and the bid price shall include all transportation charges to the above named destination. Bid price shall include state tax. The City Water Department shall be given three days advance notice in writing specifying actual delivery date by successful bidder.
