Mr. Ferrini has agreed to replace about ten feet (101) of broken curb and gutter at the lower end of Highland Drive when College Highlands Subdivision ties in; he has agreed to repair the pavement at a manhole on Jeffrey Drive half way between High- land Drive and Daly should there be further failure; and has agreed to install street signs when they arrive. As a temporary measure, I propose to construct an earth ditch, as shown, and divert the runoff of approxi- mately fifteen acres of grazing land to the existing creek north of the Tract. This temporary measure Is to be replaced in the future by adequate drainage facilities as the future develop- ment of this area requires.
