and 6 a sum in excess of $2,000.00 to insure conpletioa. We vent over these

Ile have reviewed your subdivision and hove found the following defects which
must be remedied prior to final acceptance b^ the city:
1. ' pavement failure approximately 2P' x 12' alony the up.> r end of
t:vcusi z, aIs' a smaller ^avement failure at the intersection of Rich
Court and Augusta. -
2. The curb and gutter - to - sidewalk joints at the westerly corner
of Augusta and Rich Court and the westerly corner of Augusta and
San '-ent,ec ho,-e become defective and must be repaired.
3. A sidewalk joint on the westerly side of Rich Court about 30 'Oct
from the BCR and a sidewalk joint at the BCR on the northerly corner
of Relena and San rlateo have become defective end will have to be
repaired.
u. The broken gutter at the BCR on the westerly corner of Augusta and
San Mateo will have to be repaired.
§. All slopes within the subdivision must be flattened tc the point
where they will not slough over the sidewalk and all parkway areas
should be brought to grade.
5. All mud and screenings on San 'gateo pavement must be romoved.
7. "As kuilt" plans must be submitted to the city.
9. Orm,ental electroliers and street signs rust he installed.
If there is sufficient justification for acceptance prior to the comrietion
of the=e items, the city council may accent the subdivision subject to a. letter
