The curb and gutter - to - sidewalk joints at the westerly corner of Augusta and Rich Court and the westerly corner of Augusta and San '-ent,ec ho,-e become defective and must be repaired. 3. A sidewalk joint on the westerly side of Rich Court about 30 'Oct from the BCR and a sidewalk joint at the BCR on the northerly corner of Relena and San rlateo have become defective end will have to be repaired. u. The broken gutter at the BCR on the westerly corner of Augusta and San Mateo will have to be repaired. §. All slopes within the subdivision must be flattened tc the point where they will not slough over the sidewalk and all parkway areas should be brought to grade. 5.
