The subdivision was planned to proceed in two units, Unit A. including the entrance and ex- tention of Lizzie Street to Woodland Drive, Voodland Drive and Skylark Lane, and Unit B.including74ilding Lane. Upon comp)xtdon of any water transmission main to a subdivision, the subdivider ;gay submit to the 'Water Superintendent a certified statement showing tt:e actual cost of such extension. The eater Superintendent shall prorate the cost for the main against all lots or psreele which in the future may be served by direct con- nection to said main. If said extension is larger than 6 inches in diameter, the City Engineer shall adjust the actual cost to the equivalent of a 6 inch diameter main,. He shall than prorate the coat for a 6 inch main against all lots or parcels which in the future may be served by direct connection to said mein. Any and all connections to said main shall be subject to the charges specified in Section 7500.4 of San Luis Obispo Municipal Code. The City may make exten- sions to facilities constructed under this regulation without obligation, and refunds will not he made for services connected to said additional extension. The Subdivider or me*r shall, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of official acceptance of the subdivision, be eligible for a refund on each con- nection made to the main extennelon.
