THE ENTIRE ROOF WILL BE RE-ROOFED WITH A TUDOR STYLE OF EITHER SLATE, TILE OR RUBBERIZED ASPHALT SHINGLES. RECONSTRUCTION EXISTING EXTERIOR SURFACE IS A WHITE TEXTURED STUCCO. THE ENTIRE HOUSE WILL BE RE-STUCCOED IN A SMOOTH TROWELED FINISH IN KEEPING WITH THE COMMON STYLE FOR STUCCO TUDORS. RESTORATION THE EXISTING WINDOW IN THE LIVING ROOM WILL BE REUSED IN THE NEW BAY WINDOW STRUCTURE. THE BAY WINDOW WITH A COPPER ROOF IS A COMMON FEATURE USED ON MANY TUDOR HOMES. PRESERVATION/RECONSTRUCTION THE EXISTING DINING ROOM DOORS HAVE THE TRADITIONAL DIAGONAL GRID PATTERN AND WILL REMAIN IN THE SAME LOCATION. PRESERVATION THE EXISTING FRONT DOOR WILL BE REPLACED WITH A TRADITIONAL TUDOR STYLE WOOD DECORATIVE DOOR. RESTORATION THE EXISTING FRONT ENTRY BRICKS HAVE DETERIORATION AND CRACKS FROM AGE AND WILL BE REBUILT AND REPLACED WITH A SIMILAR BRICK AND RE-LAYED IN A SIMILAR PATTERN. THE PORCH LANDING AND STEPS WILL BE EXTENDED OUT BY 10 FT. AND CONNECT WITH THE RE-BUILT DECK. RESTORATION/RECONSTRUCTION EXISTING METAL RAILING AT PORCH STEPS WILL BE REPLACED WITH A SIMILAR TUDOR COMPATIBLE METAL RAILING. RECONSTRUCTION THE EXISTING KITCHEN WINDOWS HAVE THE TRADITIONAL DIAGONAL GRID PATTERN AND WILL REMAIN IN THE FRONT WALL OF THE NEW EXTENDED KITCHEN ADDITION. PRESERVATION THE EXISTING KITCHEN WILL BE EXTENDED FORWARD 14 FT.. A NEW ROOF WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF THE SAME PITCH AS THE EXISTING USED ON THE HOUSE. A STEEP GABLE 18 12 PITCH AS A KEY TUDOR HOME FEATURE. RECONSTRUCTION TRADITIONAL DECORATIVE WOOD DIAGONAL MEMBERS WILL ADDED AS A TUDOR CHARACTER ELEMENT AT THE BASE OF THE GABLE WALL. RECONSTRUCTION OPTIONAL TRADITIONAL DECORATIVE WOOD DIAGONAL SHUDDERS WILL ADDED AS A TUDOR CHARACTER ELEMENT ON EACH SIDE OF THE KITCHEN WINDOWS. RECONSTRUCTION A SMALL TRADITIONAL DECORATIVE BAY WINDOW WILL ADDED AS A TUDOR CHARACTER ELEMENT AT THE TOP OF THE GABLE WALL. RECONSTRUCTION THE EXISTING DECK WILL BE RE-BUILT AND ENLARGED BY 123 SQ.FT. BLACK METAL RAILING WILL MATCH THE RAILING THE WILL BE ON THE FRONT PORCH STEPS. RECONSTRUCTION EXISTING DECORATIVE BRICK ARCH PATTERN WILL BE REPLACED WITH IDENTICAL BRICK AND RECONSTRUCTED IN SAME PATTERN.
