President, Cal Poly University
San Luis Obispo, CA 93407
Greg Hind, President
Foundation for the Performing Arts
3765 South Higuera Street
San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Dear Warren and Greg:
I'm writing to express my concern over naming the Performing Arts Center for a single person.
It is my belief that the PAC belongs to all the people of this community..... and beyond. I am
not alone in this belief, having been contacted by many residents in the city with the same view.
I have found that this is the prevailing sentiment.
It is my hope that you will find a way to rectify the proposed naming of the PAC in supportof
the growing opinion in our community .... a decision that will affect our community for generations
to come.
Sin y
