Until now, we have always participated as a full partner in the development of the PAC, and I feel we have been left out of the decision -making process in this most important element --the naming of the PAC. I feel strongly that the community does not support naming the center for a single individual. If this decision is not reconsidered, I'm afraid it will impact future community support. Personally, I find it difficult to support underwriting a $1,000,000 loan for completion of the PAC until this controversy is resolved and an appropriate name for the PAC is agreed upon by all three partners. For the best interest of the Performing Arts Center I urge both you and the Foundation to reconsider your recommendation. Sincerely, Bill Roalman Council Member City Council Dr. Bill Boldt, Vice President, University Advancement Mr. Frank Lebens, Vice President, Administration and Finance Mr. Warren Sinsheimer, Former President, Foundation for Performing Arts Center Mrs. Myra Heslop, Executive Director, Foundation for the Performing Arts Center Mr. Ron Regier, Managing Director, Performing Arts Center Mr. John Dunn, City Administrative Officer Mr. Jeff Jorgensen, City Attorney The City of San Luis Obispo is committed to include the disabled in all of its services, programs and activities.
