I would just like to comment on the new parking rates and policies. I used to frequently shop and go
to lunch/dinner at several restaurants downtown SLO. I now find the rates too steep. It has kept me
and my family away.
I also volunteer at the Wilshire Hospice Hope Chest Thrift Store on Higuera and I spent one morning
listening to almost every person that came into the store complain about the cost of parking and the
lack of parking.
Your new policies are shutting down our beloved city. Please reconsider before our small business
have to shutter.
