This message is in response to the outrageous parking rates being charged in downtown Slo. I used to frequent
downtown on a daily basis to do a lot of my shopping. I have stopped going DT all together do to these parking fees. I
now take my shopping elsewhere. I believe the downtown businesses are suffering and with all the empty commercial
real estate this seems to be true. If the rates are lowered I’ll start bringing my business back to downtown.
