Subject:Parking in downtown slo

I would like to add my voice to those of other residents who have stopped going to the downtown
area because of the cost of parking. To have raised the parking cost so as to make it a financial
impossibility to shop or attend events downtown seems disregarding at best and hostile at worst
(hostile to both the downtown businesses and to residents). We are not a metropolis and the income
level for most in slo does not support such high fees. I hope the council will reconsider this matter.
