Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Reference the parking situation, It has been a source of great frustration for me, and (no exaggeration) everyone I know. Where to begin? While cost is not a personal hardship for me it certainly gives one pause for thought when we spent $12.00 to park in the Palm street structure to see a Matinee. And then there's the bizarre Palm St. structure trial parking system. Who thought that was a simple ,reliable, economical way to run a parking structure? After 3 try's I did mange to get signed up for the "free" hour but have pretty much given up on it. Since I have no confidence it the reliability of the system, I would have to save all of my parking stubs and reconcile them with my credit card statement each month. Then there are the down town kiosk's-- I have used these things all over the world, and these are the least intuitive I have come across. Pity the poor out of towner who try's to figure it out at night since the instructions are unlighted and at knee level. All that said. Save the down town Restaurant's--go back to free parking after 6. Forget all of the complication and tech dependency of the free local hour-- one hour in the structures free-- period. Ditch that goofy Palm street trial. Stick with the take a ticket-- pay for what you use system-- its simple intuitive and just about everyone is familiar with it. Ken Palmer 1
