To All:
I would like to take this opportunity to request lower rates for parking downtown. I try to ride my bike but there are
times when I need to drive. The rates are to the point that it’s not worth going to businesses I frequent.
I am one example of numerous people I know and think of older locals who need to drive and not able to cycle.
I am concerned that the building and maintenance of the parking structures
are not cost effective. Old hours ended at 6pm and free Sunday.
Also I would like to share the pay kiosk are not user friendly, especially to tourists confusing.
