Over the past few weeks half the lake has now all but i completely dried up, completely removing the risk of accidentally killing steelhead during a dredge procedure. Now seems like the perfect opportunity for removing unwanted sediments from Laguna Lake as well as the Prefumo creek inlet. Please advise as to San Luis City's plan to address this. Additionally, the remainder of the lake has dried up to the point where the remaining fish have little more than a few inches of water to survive in. All one has to do is stand on our back porch to witness this. Feel free to visit the area. Does the city of San Luis have any immediate plans to either restrict surrounding farmers from over - drawing surrounding wells or using gray water to replenish Laguna Lake? Please advise. Thank you for your consideration, Rita Casaverde ft Scott Lewis 1320 Oceanaire Dr.
