Dear Distinguished Members of the San Luis Obispo City Council,
I, Sam Larkin, live at 1150 Vista Del Lago in San Luis Obispo.
I support the adoption of the Laguna Lake Natural Reserve Conservation Plan as it bring the Open
Space Regulations and the City's General Plan together and supports an important ecosystem as
well as supporting the human enjoyment of this City resource.
My memories of Laguna Lake include: Kayaking the length and breadth of the lake with my
children this winter to observe an impressive population of wildlife.
