Subject: The Laguna Lake Natural Reserve Conservation Plan
Dear Council members,
I will not be able to attend the July 15th City Council meeting, however as a resident and owner of lake frontage property
on Laguna Lake for the last 26 years I would like to say that I am impressed with the studies and planning taking place in
the Laguna Lake Conservation Plan.
My wife and I are fully supportive of the approval of the "Laguna Lake Natural Reserve Conservation Plan, and the
adoption of the Negative Declaration with amendments ".
Our support includes the financial implications as well.
We urge the council to vote for, and implement action, as quickly as possible.
Please, this has been going on for a very long time, and time for a practical solution is running out.
