Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Dear Advisory Bodies Council of San Luis Obispo: Please support development of these residential projects: on Pacific Street and across Righetti Ranch to provide more accessible housing for all of our residents. Advocacy Item #1: 10-unit Apartment on Pacific Street - New apartments (with 1 affordable unit) are proposed at 460 Pacific Street near Emerson Park for Monday at Architectural Review Commission. Item 4.a:  The City should approve the project and the ARC should not impose design changes that would delay construction or reduce the number of units.  This is a perfect neighborhood to add denser, taller multifamily, and it is what SLO needs to get used to doing if we are going to address the housing crisis.  The ARC uses Community Design Guidelines that aren't objective . San Luis Obispo residents deserve a safe place to live and, should not be homeless based on the ARC's whims of guidelines. Advocacy Item #2: Bullock Ranch with 192 units of townhomes and condos  1 New condos, townhomes, and bungalows (with 7 affordable units) are proposed across from Righetti Ranch for Tuesday at City Council! Item 5.f: o The City should approve the project because t hey should look to maximize the number of homes, especially affordable homes, they can get with this land. o The City should disincentivize auto-centric design and support walkable amenities and transit to this area. Thank you for your consideration and attention. Sincerely, Stephanie Lee To help prot ReplyForward ect your priva cy, 2
