Dear Commission members,
I am a resident of the City of San Luis Obispo and would like to submit a comment in favor of approval of the project at
460 Pacific Street. Housing affordability is a major crisis in our community, state and country, and we in San Luis Obispo
should do our part to help alleviate this problem by building more multi-family housing where appropriate. Pacific Street
is near jobs, schools and other community assets such as Emerson Park and it is aligned with the character of this
community to approve the 10 unit project. Let's do our part to combat the housing shortage.
