Having lived here for 24 years and attended numerous meetings about the lake,
we are so very pleased by the intelligence and effort behind the newest Laguna
Lake Conservation plan. It balances the crucial contribution the lake normally
proffers to wildlife along with provisions for a variety of human recreational
activities. It is fair that those of us who live on the lake share the cost of
