To expand on this a bit, we’d want to see the affected sheets including title sheet submitted
for review with proposed changes encircled with delta revision clouds, and the border
updated with the date and description in the revisions block. Once approved, the engineer
of record will recompile the approved plan set as revised and distribute to all plan holders
including our office copy in CDD Engineering and Public Works Inspection.
For reference according to our files we’re on Delta 12 for Phase 1 (see attached), and I’m
not finding a plan set as revised for Phase 2 although there are notes in our office copy to
“see revised.” It could be the current Ph 2 set is with our inspector and/or maintained by
RRM.
Matt, let me know if I’ve missed anything or mischaracterized.
