Our company, FzioMed, is located in the commercial business park off of South Higuera, Prado Road, and Granad a Drive . The streets in this area are a magnet for overnight parking . We frequently see lines of vehicles and camper s being used as residences along these streets . We've heard reports of, and directly experienced : theft, littering, publi c urination and defecation, trespassing, aggressive behavior, and use of private utilities such as water and garbag e bins . The problem has escalated and created an environment that's both intimidating and inconsistent with a professional business park . We ask that the City please pass this ordinance .
