Hello ,
I apologize for the delayed response following our meeting on Thursday 3/30.
As we discussed, I have spoked to the assigned officer, and he was agreeable with voiding of the previous
notices and reissuance with new compliance dates. The officer has reissued a Notice of Violation as of 3/30
with a new requested compliance date of June 30th (see attached). Please let me know if you do not receive
the letter in the mail. I have also voided the previously issued Citation and associated administrative fines.
You have the opportunity to request a Director’s Review of the cited violations in the NOV within five days of
the notice. The request form was attached with the mailed notice. If you wish to request a review, you may
email myself or Nick directly with your written reasoning for the request. Regardless of the whether you move
forward with a request for Director’s Review, Nick we reevaluate after the requested compliance date. If any
violations remain after the compliance date, the next step in the code enforcement case is the issuance of
administrative fines. If fines are issued, you will have the opportunity to appeal the violations to a Hearing
Officer or Administrative Review Board.
Let me know if you have any questions.

John,
It was my understanding, through your assurance, you would follow up, by days end, with an email
summarizing our 3.30.2023 in person meeting.
the points covered were;
a new 90 day period to address cited violations, begining 3.30,2923.
the types of appeal that were germane to the issued citation.
the name of the Building Dept. Storm Water person.
Time is a relevant factor here, as the issued citation has an appeal period that concludes 10 days after
receipt.
I would very much like to have the written confirmation in hand, so as not to muddle any appeal of the
process.
thank you,
