I recognize that I did not respond to you April 5th email, however, I believed that all your questions were answered during our in-person meeting the following week. I’ll do my best to address your remaining concerns.     I acknowledge our meeting regarding the placement of the 6’ fence in your driveway. As discussed, as long as the fence has been placed outside of the designated front setback in which the property is zoned (20 feet from front property line) it can serve as screening for storage previously visible from the public right of way. I have not officially cleared the violation as we need to perform a verification inspection to determine compliance. This inspection will occur on or after the compliance date supplied in the Notice of Violation issued on March 30th. The compliance date for all the violations listed on the NOV is June 30th. Once the compliance inspection is completed, all corrected violations will be noted in the case.    Let me know if you have any questions.    John Mezzapesa Code Enforcement Supervisor Community Development Building and Safety 919 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401-3668 E jmezzapesa@slocity.org T 805.781.7179  3    Thank you for your attention.
