Beginning at the intersection_of the westerly right -of -way line
of South Higuera Street (as existing on April 12, 1979) and the
northeasterly line of Lot 16 of the aforementioned tract; the
true point of beginning.
Thence,,South 26015' West a distance of 394.60 feet, more or less,
to the intersection of the aforementioned westerly right -of -way
line and the southwesterly line of the aforementioned Lot 16.
Thence, westerly, North 64005' West,along the southwesterly line
of Lot 16 a_ distance of 9.00,feet.
Thence, North 26015' East, parallel to the aforementioned westerly
right. -of -way line a distance of 394.60 feet, more or less, to the
northeasterly line of Lot 16.
