TENW:ISE,.a limited partnership, as Grantor, hereby grants to the
CITY OF SAN.LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement to maintain, repair, improve and
enlarge the creek channel on that portion of Lot 16 of
the San Luis Obispo.Suburban Tract, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the
map thereof recorded February 7, 1906, in Book 1,
Page 92 of Records of Survey, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, lying northerly of the
following described line:
BEGINNING at the southerly corner of said Lot 16, thence
along the southerly line of said lot North 64005' West,
a distance of 702.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 45055' East 247.00 feet to a point; thence
South 74005' East a distance of 396.00 feet to a point;
thence North 53054'58" East a distance of 106.15 feet,
more or less, terminating in the northeasterly line of
said Lot 16.
Easement to be irrevocable by the party of the first part and heirs,
executors, administrators, agents or assigns and shall include the general
right of access, via paved driveways and parking areas on said property,
from public streets to the subject easement as required to properly maintain
the creek and creek banks.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be subscribed
