YOUNG CHO, DICK CHO, MON CHO and CHUNG CHO as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,,a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee., the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace; enlarge,
and remove a public storm drain and appurtenances in and
across that portion of the SW1 /4 of SE1 /4 of Section 36,
township 30 South Range 12 East of the Mount Diablo Base
Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official
plat of the.survey of said land approved by the Surveyor
General, said easement being 10.00 feet wide measured at
right angles and lying 5.00 feet either side of the following
described line:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Johnson Avenue.
and Southwood Drive as shown on the map of Tract 138 recorded
May 4, 1959 in Volume 6, page 15 of Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder, thence North 0008' East a distance of 194.00
feet to a point, thence South 80005'20" West a distance of
60.00 + to the westerly property line of Johnson Avenue and the
true point of beginning, thence, continuing South 80005'20"
West a distance of 18.00 feet to a point, thence North 18043'10"
West a distance of 272.00 feet to a point, thence North 68045'
West a distance of 58.00 feet, thence North 88000' West a
distance of 20.00 feet.
City agrees to let Grantor construct improvements over the easement in
compliance with City zoning;-code and the uniform building code.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
