and upon that portion of the, southeast quarter of Section 22, in Township 30 South,
Range 12 East, Mount Diablo'.Base and Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat of
the survey of said land on file in the Bureau of Land Management, the centerline
of said easement lying .26.00 feet (measured.at right' angles) westerly of and parallel
with the following described line:

Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel 2 conveyed to T. C. Maino,
et al. in -Book 1940 of Official Records at Page 647 in the Office of the
Recorder, County of'San Luis Obispo, State of California, said corner being
the former northerly right-of--sway of Foothill Boulevard as shown on the
Tract Map of Tract 66 as recorded-at Book S of Maps at Page 81 in the
office of said-County Recorder, said point also being shown as point H -6
on said Tract 66 Tract Map; thence North Oo 46' East along the easterly
property line of said Parcel.2 a distance of 20.01 feet to a point on the
northerly right -of -way of Foothill Boulevard as recorded in Book 1769 of,
Official Records at Page 324 in the office of said County Recorder., said point
being the True Point of Beginning; thence North Oo 46' East along the
easterly boundary of said. Parcel 2 a distance of 180.03.feet to the Northeast
forner of said Parcel 2, said point also being the southeast corner of Parcel 3
conveyed to T. C.. Maino, et al. in Book 1940 of Official Records at Page 647
in the office of said County Recorder; thence North Oo 46' East along the
easterly property line of Parcel .3 a distance of 80.00 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Parcel 3, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 2

the easterly boundary of said Lot 2 a distance of 61.32 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Lot 2, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of

of the intersection of the centerline of said easement and the southeasterly

Except that portion thereof lying Northeasterly of the Southwesterly
boundary of said Lot 1.
Grantee shall also have right of access for the purpose of constructing
said storm drain over grantor's property, said access are described as a
strip of land 25.00 feet wide, the centerline of said access being the
aforedescribed centerline of said drainage easement, said right of access
to expire on December 31, 1984.
