FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Raymond C. , a married man, as his sole and separate property, as GRANTOR;

hereby GRANT(S) to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corporation,
as GRANTEE the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement for drainage purposes to maintain in its present state with the right
to make improvements over the following described property:
That portion of Lots 10, 11, and 12, in Block 4 of Well's Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map filed for record September 15, 1887, in
Book B at page 32 of-Maps, described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12; thence South 890 30' West
along the South line of said Lot 12, 33.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGIN -
NING; thence South 890 30' West 17.00 feet; thence North 00 30' West 150
feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 10; thence North 890 30' East
17.00 feet; thence South 00 30' East 150 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL 2:
A 10 foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10; thence South 00 30' East
21.00 feet along the easterly property line of said Lot 10 to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of the centerline of said strip; thence North 790 17' 46" West
34.54 feet to the easterly line of Parcel 1 above written. The side lines
being lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at the beginning and end, in
above described easterly line of Lot 10 and the easterly line of Parcel 1,
respectively.
Reserving the right of the GRANTOR to erect a building overhang and deck structure
cantilevered over the easement to the approval of the City Community Development
Director.

dated February 22. 1984, from Raymond C. Long
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
