City Credit Card Policy.pdf
Hi,
If you still have an old city credit card, it will no longer work beyond today. I have your new card and I realize
that it's hard to catch me due to our schedules. If you'd like to just complete the attached form (only the
hiahliahted areas) and out it in my box alono with your old card that would be great. Once I receive those
items. I'll put your new card in your mailbox.
"Mark, Trevor and Kevin — if it's easier, just see me before or after our staff meeting on Wednesday for your
yard.
Thank you,
Melissa

Your DUI arrest
Blake,
I just read your DUI report from last week. Good report...) Can you make sure to add the "Attachments"
heading to your narratives? That way I or whoever approves your report knows what to look for or if there's
something missing.
Thanks,
Kevin Phillips

no worries —just complete this credit card policy form (highlighted areas only) and put it in my box and then I'll
leave your credit card in your mailbox.
Thank you

Workstation at parking.
Hello Eric,
As you know we have a terminal at parking for our tablets. The workstation is very valuable to the downtown
bike unit. Unfortunately, we have to bring our tablets back and forth from the station. Oftentimes that
means I am riding with the tablet exposed which exposes it to higher risk of damage. Sometimes while I am
riding to the parking station with the, I am diverted to a call and I have to leave the tablet on my bicycle, which
could lead it to being stolen easily. I think the downtown unit would really benefit from have a permanent
work station/computer at parking instead of bringing a tablet back and forth. Thank you for the help and
please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
