DEED OF EASEMENT
THOMAS I. BOURNE & DONNA M. BOURNE & MICHAEL K. BOURNE, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal corpora-
tion, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A permanent easement for public sidewalk purposes over the
Northwesterly 2 feet (measured at right angles to the North-
westerly line) of Lots 17 & 18, Block 8, as shown on the
Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo as recorded in
Book A at Page 55 of Maps in the Office of the San Luis Obispo
County Recorder.
Easement to be irrevocable by the party of the first part and heirs,
executors, administrators, agents or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
subscribed this day of 1984.

the Deed of Easement

Donna M. Bourne and Michael K. Bourne
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
