RANDOLPH HIGH and KATHLEEN M. HIGH, as grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a chartered municipal
corporation, as grantee, the following easement in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A permanent drainage easement on that portion of Block 61
of the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California,..as per map filed in Book A, page 168
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said-
County more particularly described as that portion of
Parcels No. 1 and 2 described in document Number,62318,
failed at Page 694, Volume 2033 of Records lying northerly
or westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of Higuera
Street, distance thereon South 53 007' West, 451.0 feet from
the point of intersection thereof with Westerly line of
Nipomo Street; and point of beginning being the point of
intersection of said Northwesterly line of Higuera Street
with the Southwesterly line of that certain piece or parcel
of land conveyed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
San Luis Obispo to Theobald Bayer by deed recorded April 3,
1872 in Book C, page 783 of Deeds, thence North 37 °14' West
a distance of 275.2 feet, said point is the true point of
beginning, thence South 84 008' West a distance of 28.3 feet
to a point; thence South 77 °14' West a distance of 42.0
feet to a point; thence South.88 0 13' West a distance of
30.6 feet to a point; thence South 71°50' West a distance
of 20.6 feet to a point; thence South 80 014' West a
distance of 45.5 feet to a point; thence South 70 °39' West
a distance of 50.3 feet to a point; thence South 46 °54'
West a distance of 49.3 feet to a point; thence South
35 018' East a distance of 54.0 feet to a point; thence.
South 36 017' East a distance of 4.7.6 feet to a point;
thence South 37 002' East a distance of 29.6 feet more or
less to a point on the Southerly boundary line of Parcel 2
as described above.

accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City Council
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series),
recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer of his agent.
