SAN LUIS MILL AND LUMBER CO. INC., as Grantor, hereby grants to the City
of San Luis .Obispo, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, a drainage easement
in and across the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows.
A permanent easement to maintain in its natural state, with the right
to repair, improve and enlarge the creek channel over that portion of
the northerly 51.00 feet of lot 4 and the southerly 75.00 .feet of lot
3 in Block 147 of Harford's Addition to the City of .San Luis Obispo,
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to the map of said Addition on file in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, at book A of Maps at
Page 123.
Said easement lying westerly of a line, parallel with, and distant 277
feet westerly from, the westerly right -of -way line of Higuera Street
as shown on said map of Harford's Addition.
Easement shall include the general right of access, via paved drive-
ways and parking areas on said property, from public streets to the
subject easement as required to properly maintain the creek and creek
banks.
