FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
ROBERT E. BOLMAN, as Grantor,
hereby GRANT(S) to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation,
as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California; to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate•and
remove a public traffic controller assembly, cabinet and appurtenances in
a portion of Lot 1, Block 2 of the Breck Tract in the City of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, said Block 2 is shown on the Map of the Breck
Tract, a Resubdivision of Lot 2 and 3 of the Delessigues Tract, surveyed
by A.F. Parsons, March 1922 on-file in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of Munoz Street
and the westerly line of Johnson Avenue as shown on the Map in Book 4,
page 43 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder;
thence South 560 58' 00" West a.lbr_ the southerly line of Munoz
Street a distance of 6.01 feet to a point; thence South 360 50' 45"
.East a distance of .58 feet to a point; thence on a curve concave to
the right, tangent to last described line with a radius of 204 feet, .
through an angle of 70 01' 18" for a length of 25:00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing on said curve through an
angle of 60 42' 33" for a length of 23.89 feet to a point; thence
northerly on a curve with a tangent bearing North 230 06' 54" West
with a radius of 200 feet through an angle of 60 42' 33" for a
length of 23.42 feet to a point; thence North 590 51' 48" East a
distance of 4.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
