Brizzolara's Addition to the Town of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed for record November 1, 1879 in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot, distant thereon Southeasterly 157 feet from the Westerly corner of said Lot to a point, said point being the True Point of Beginning; Thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly line a distance of 43 feet more or less to the Southerly corner of said Lot, said point being the center of Stenner Creek as said creek existed November 1, 1979; thence Northerly along said center line to the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot a distance of 19 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a line parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot a distance of 100 feet more or less to the True Point of Beginning. The foregoing grant is made without prejudice to the undersigned owners' development and use of said Lot 10. Grantors specifically recognize and acknowledge that any development and use of said Lot 10, including that portion described above, is subject to standard City rules, regulations, policies and procedures now in effect or as may be hereafter enacted or implemented in the future under the lawful police power authority of the City. lt�_16 .Q'L!
